are leading in spreading this Buddhism everywhere.
When we talk about truth,
trust is developed in people's hearts.
Let's make this summer our greatest opportunity
to build lifelong friendships with many people.

participants at SGI activities

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"In the light of the above points, this shows, my followers, that you had better cut short your sleep by night and curtail your leisure by day, and ponder this! You must not spend your lives in vain and regret it for ten thousand years to come."
(The Problem to Be Pondered Night and Day - The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, Volume 1, page 622) Selection source: Kyo no Hosshin, Seikyo Shimbun, August 11th, 2012

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Our youth division members are growing by leaps and bounds. They are standing up to take the lead in kosen-rufu. Now is the time for us to open the way for further dynamic development in our movement.
"For this reason, I also hope that seniors will keep striving enthusiastically and forging ahead with an ever-youthful spirit for the sake of kosen-rufu. Whether you have an organizational position or not, please be determined to keep challenging yourself. Be ready to do anything you can for kosen-rufu. That attitude is crucial. Without it, you'll grow old in spirit.
"Let's keep moving forward together. Striving alongside young people rejuvenates you. Don't isolate yourself from others. Please remain steadfast in your commitment to following the path of mentor and disciple as long as you live."
SGI Newsletter No. 8570, SGI President Ikeda's Encouragement, On Our Shared Journey for Kosen-rufu "Keep Forging Ahead with an Ever-Youthful Spirit and Steadfast Commitment!", translated 31st July 2012
