-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Let's bring about revolutionary changes to the way we use our time!
Even if we only have a short period of time available to do all the things we need to do,
if we base our actions on sincere daimoku and the wisdom we gain from such chanting we will definitely be able to achieve as much as ten times more value!

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"In all worldly affairs, it is the son's duty to obey his parents, yet on the path to Buddhahood, disobeying one's parents ultimately constitutes filial piety."

(Letter to the Brothers - The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, Vol.1, page 499)

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Buddhist faith and practice are a source of hope. They provide the strength to face a new day with a renewed spirit and to initiate fresh progress. The spirit of Nichiren Daishonin, who faced countless great persecutions but persisted in continually renewing his struggle, is evident in his declaration: 'But still I am not
discouraged' (WND-1, 748). This is the spirit of Soka and also the great path to happiness in life.

"...We don't know what life has in store for us. Moreover, the path of kosen-rufu is filled with trials and setbacks. But we should just press ahead calmly and confidently, without feeling defeated or disappointed under any circumstances. Every day brings fresh challenges. Every day is a new start. That's how life is for a person who really has faith in this Buddhism."
