Let's give our utmost to helping our newer members to develop
their talents and abilities.
The growth of our newer and younger members is great proof
of the victory of those more experienced in faith and practice.
The Daishonin encourages us,
"My disciples, form your ranks and follow me!"*
Let's all follow together the great path that our mentor
opened for us by becoming capable and valuable individuals.
