"As leaders of kosen-rufu, we should begin every undertaking with profound prayer.
"All victory depends on us being proactive. The purpose of the SGI is to help those who are suffering. Let's always be on the alert for those who are having trouble,or for those areas that are stagnating. We must make a point of sincerely listening to those who are struggling and do everything we can to support them, as well as lose no time in going to those areas most in need of assistance. Let's offer guidance based on faith and encourage others with utmost sincerity.
"Also, let's do our best to hold meetings that everyone will be glad they attended. Let's prepare for such gatherings with the strong determination that not a single person will leave uninspired.
"To build an even stronger SGI, we need to review everything. In particular, we as leaders need to work on our personal development and inner transformation, first and foremost."
