in our own ichinen(single-minded resolve)
that determines how our drama
of changing our karma begins!
Instead of complaining and/or worrying
let's chant daimoku,
and take action courageously and with joy.

"Always try to come up with creative ways to enable the members to enjoy and participate enthusiastically in activities. Think of how manufacturers are always improving on such products as televisions, washing machines, refrigerators, and other appliances.
"If an organisation just contents itself with doing the same old thing year after year, it will be like an outdated black-and-white television. It goes without saying that our traditional day-to-day Soka Gakkai activities, such as discussion meetings, are crucial. But if you also plan an inspiring large-scale event, it will allow the members to joyful display their talents and abilities, and will strengthen the organisation as a whole."
