Beware of heatstroke!*
Never underestimate the risk 
even indoors,
let's make sure to stay well hydrated
and adjust the room temperature 
accordingly!
At the same time it's important to 
look out for the elderly
and remind them about taking the
necessary preventive measures!

* Japan in the last few days has been hit with sudden peaks in temperature, areas that are commonly cool have recorded national high temperature records. Over 2,000 people have had to be hospitalised and 4 people have died.
