-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Be careful of
sudden temperature drops
and make sure to wear
the appropriate clothing
when going out.
So as to avoid making ourselves
unnecessarily ill,
let's keep in mind
to get enough sleep
and make wise decisions
about our lifestyle.
