[sgi-tomyfriends-wagatomo] Sep. 11th-18, 2022 Words of the Week, Sep. 11th Daily Gosho + Sep. 12th Daily Encouragement

* Tomorrow is a Japanese monthly national press holiday to give all this involved in the newspaper business a short break, therefore "Words of the Week" appears one day earlier than normal.

A translation of "Words of the Week" published in the Seikyo Newspaper based on Ikeda Sensei's recent guidance, and more.

September 11th-18th, 2022
-- WORDS OF THE WEEK --
The Daishonin states,
"Wherever we dwell and practice
the single vehicle,
that place will be the Capital of
  Eternally Tranquil Light."*
Together with our WD/MD
   block/group leaders,
let's continue to send out
into our local communities
a great light
of encouragement!
From there one victory
  will lead to another
    and yet another.

"Our daimoku reaches not only people in our immediate environment, but also those who live far away. Through our daimoku, we can infuse our own and other's lives with the invincible power to overcome hardships.

"At the same time, it is important to value and make use of medical treatment when needed and to lead healthy, well-balanced lives. This is the wisdom of Nichiren Buddhism."
