-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Where people sing songs,
there is joy and happiness.
And where people are embraced by joy and happiness,
there is always great progress and development.
Now, singing songs cheerfully and loudly,
let's advance together along this noble path!

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"To hope to attain Buddhahood without speaking out against
slander is as futile as trying to find water in the midst
of fire or fire in the midst of water."

--- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ---
Earnestly chant daimoku and just keep pressing ahead with
courage, undaunted by what others may say, always proud to
be a Soka Gakkai member. Mr. Toda declared with unshakable
self-assurance: "I am Josei Toda! I am a Soka Gakkai
member! I don't care what anyone says, I'm proud of who I
am!" This was his most deep-seated conviction. Let's all
advance with the same self-confidence.
