* Here in Tokyo, most schools have now gone back to school. New laws are to come in to place very soon that will enforce large electric consuming companies to cut consumption by at least 25%. Up north sadly that last big earthquake has taken its toll and three are dead and several hundred were injured directly as a result of the quake or because of the sudden blackouts. More people are now moving out of evacuation centres into newly built accommodation, relatives and friends homes or more long term accommodation and less and less people now remain in the centres. Sadly though, again, new figures have been announced that over a thousand children have been left orphaned and still over 12,000 people are left unaccounted for.
