It is vital that we take every possible precaution to minimise any damage
when expecting a heavy snowfall.
We must be very careful about snow-slides off roofs,
slipping and falling, and especially when we have to drive.
Safety is always our top priority.
Never ever take a chance in such weather.
* On the west coast of Japan we are experiencing unprecedented snow fall and many deaths have been reported from people falling off roofs clearing off snow and other snow related clearing activities. In some areas there is now 4 metres of snow which often can collapse a building. There have also been reports of avalanches in places where they have never experienced such happenings.
