"Daimoku—Nam-myoho-renge-kyo—is the foundation of our Buddhist practice. Let's always make a point of chanting vibrant daimoku with the invigorating rhythm of a magnificent steed galloping freely across the wide open plains.
"Chanting daimoku inspires us to action and gives us strength and energy. It is the source of forward momentum.
"Even a single utterance of Nam-myoho-renge-kyo reverberates throughout the entire universe. The sound of the Mystic Law cannot fail to awaken and activate the protective forces of the universe.
