Also, the teaching or Law expounded by a Buddha based on that wisdom, which is capable of saving and benefiting all beings impartially.. This phrase appears in the "Treasure Tower" (eleventh) chapter of the Lotus Sutra, where it is spoken by the Buddha Many Treasures from his seat in the treasure tower in praise of Shakyamuni Buddha's preaching of the Lotus Sutra, which he calls the great wisdom of equality. -
