Soka discussion meetings 

are the hope of the world.
These gatherings are an oasis 

where each person's 

heart and mind is enriched.

"The more one praises the blessings 

of the Lotus Sutra,
the more one's own blessings 

increase."*
Let's therefore, 

praise and encourage each other
and bring the biggest smiles 

to everyone's face!

*"The more gold is heated in the flames, the brighter will be its colour; the more a sword is whetted, the sharper it becomes.  And the more one praises the blessings of the Lotus Sutra, the more one's own blessings increase. Bear in mind that the twenty-eight chapters of the Lotus Sutra contain only a few passages elucidating the truth, but a great many words of praise."

"'One who chants the daimoku [Nam-myoho-renge-kyo] as the Lotus Sutra teaches will never have a twisted mind. For one should know that, unless the mind of the Buddha enters into our bodies, we cannot in fact chant the daimoku.'

"A life anchored in the writings of Nichiren Daishonin is strong and full of hope. We of the Soka Gakkai, united by the bonds of mentor and disciple, chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo with true and sincere hearts. We engage in dialogues in society to realise the Daishonin's ideal of 'establishing the correct teaching for the peace of the land.' The spirit of the Buddha pulses vibrantly within us.

The spirit of the oneness of mentor and disciple is the key to breaking through all obstacles and achieving all our goals (cf.

WND-1, 618). Powerfully chanting the lion's roar of Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, let's forge ahead unerringly on the noble path to supreme victory in life."
