"'A hundred years of practice in the Land of Perfect Bliss cannot compare to the benefit gained from one day's practise in the impure world. Two thousand years of propagating Buddhism during the Former and Middle Days of the Law are inferior to an hour of propagation in the Latter Day of the Law.'
From "On Repaying Debts of Gratitude (WND-1, 736).
"Spreading the Mystic Law in the corrupt age of the Latter Day of the Law is exceptionally difficult. How great then is the benefit we accumulate through striving to fulfil our mission as Bodhisattvas of the Earth!
"None of the struggles we undergo for the sake of Buddhism is ever wasted. Our efforts to earnestly chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo and exert ourselves in Soka Gakkai activities amid challenging circumstances will become boundless and immeasurable 'treasures of the heart' (WND-1, 851).
"Let's achieve our human revolution and transform our karma through the benefit of our daily practice in this impure world (cf. WND-1, 736).
