Let's do our utmost to encourage and support our younger
and newer members so that they become even more capable
than we are.
At the same time, it is very important for all of us to
aspire to overtake our seniors in faith and
practice and lead the kosen-rufu advancement.
Through friendly competition,
let's all be victorious together!
