If the human ego balloons out of proportion, society will inevitably be thrown into turmoil. Moreover, human ego is the chief instigator of war and other conflicts.

"I hope that all of you will develop into outstanding leaders in society who thoroughly advocate the philosophy of human revolution that is found in Buddhism. The 21st century rests on your shoulders. Your development is my greatest joy.
