-- TO MY FRIENDS --
To all of our brilliant Student Division members
taking the Soka Gakkai Study Department proficiency test
(to be held on August 29th throughout Japan),
your youth devoted to exerting yourselves in the two ways
of practice and study is indeed absolutely noble!
On the great stage of this new era shine brightly as one who
'refutes the erroneous and reveals the truth' to the world!

*"Exert yourself in the two ways of practice and study. Without practice and study, there can be no Buddhism. You must not only persevere yourself; you must also teach others. Both practice and study arise from faith. Teach others to the best of your ability, even if it is only a single sentence or phrase."
