The starting point for our daily publication, the Seikyo Shimbun,
lies in the spirit to take on great challenges for kosen-rufu
which is based on the oneness of mentor and disciple -- the essence of Soka which pulsates through our organization!

The sutra reads, "Hoping to make all persons equal to me, without any distinction between us." This means that those who believe in and practice the Lotus Sutra are equal to Shakyamuni Buddha.
