"Brazil SGI's success is the emergence of ever-growing numbers of capable new Bodhisattvas of the Earth.

"To make that happen, BSGI leaders vowed to start by breaking through their own limitations. They have been taking the lead in doing what needs to be done, and personally reaching out to talk with as many people as possible about Nichiren Buddhism. They realise that their growth as leaders is crucial to the growth of new members and youth.

"This commitment to leading through personal example is also combined with the spirit to value each individual, manifested specifically in warmly fostering the youth and sincerely encouraging members, especially those new to the practice.

"Human revolution starts right where you are, from the moment you resolve to do it. Just decide to break through the walls holding you back, or set yourself a fresh goal, and then stand up and take the first step forwards just as you are.

"When seniors in faith and fellow members warmly encourage and support the youth and new members in this courageous challenge of human revolution, ripples of growth, fulfillment, and joy will spread throughout the organisation from one person to another."
