We can sense the approach of spring by seeing a single flower blooming vibrantly in the cold wind. In other words, the 'heart of conviction' of a single individual who has achieved a flowering of victory through faith in the Mystic Law can create a fragrant spring breeze of hope and bring a spring time of joy and victory to all around them."
