-- TO MY FRIENDS --
The Daishonin encourages us to
"unrelentingly proclaim
(or speak the truth without hesitation)."*
Words spoken from the heart
always reach the heart of the listener.
Let's talk to this friend and that friend
with words full of courage and hope!

*Gosho: "Now, in the Latter Day of the Law, who is carrying out the practice of shakubuku in strict accordance with the Lotus Sutra? Suppose someone, no matter who, should unrelentingly proclaim that the Lotus Sutra alone can lead people to Buddhahood…"

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"Nichiren declares, The varied sufferings that all living beings undergo—all these are Nichiren's own sufferings."

Thus Come One Chapter

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Mr. Toda declared: 'Propagating the Mystic Law in the Latter Day of the Law simply means deciding, "My life is none other than Nam-myoho-renge-kyo!"' *

"We are ordinary people inundated by all manner of problems and striving earnestly to navigate our way through the turbulence of society. But when we make the Daishonin's wish for the compassionate propagation of the Mystic Law our personal mission, we unlock a powerful life force that can overcome even the fiercest onslaughts of karma. The life state of Buddhahood flows forth moment by moment."

The Buddhism of the Sun—Illuminating the World, [58] Creating a Century of Humanism in Which All Can Shine—Part 2 [0f 5], The Great Life State of Buddhahood Flows Forth,  February 2020 issue of Daibyaku Renge, translation released December 2020
