-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Good health is the foundation for leading a happy life.
Let's always try to maintain the very best of good health
which includes doing a powerful Gongyo and sonorous Daimoku each day,
maintaining well regulated eating habits,
and making sure we get an appropriate amount of rest and sleep!

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"The accepting and upholding of this original Law is expressed in the
single word 'belief' or 'faith.' The singe word 'belief' is the same
sharp sword with which one confronts and overcomes fundamental
darkness or ignorance. The commentary [Words and Phrases] says,
'Belief means to be without doubt.' You should think about this."
(The Record of the Orally Transmitted Teachings, page 120)

—— DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Innumerable companions whose lives are deeply connected to ours are waiting to hear our words.
"Let's confidently engage in dialogue with many others to foster friendship and trust!
"'On the proud stage
of our vow,
let's make precious friends
who will share our eternal joy,
never sparing our voices.'"
SGI Newsletter No. 8894, Engaging in Dialogue to Foster Friendship and Trust, from the January 2014 issue of the Daibyakurenge, translated 16th Dec. 2013.
