"Although it's a relatively minor thing, I'd like to talk to you today about communicating with members by phone. Of course, everyone is free to use the telephone when and how they please, but there are some people who spend far too much time talking on the phone.

"…Long phone calls cost money and can cut into valuable family time. So let's make a conscious effort to keep our phone calls as brief and to the point as possible. In other words, I'd like to propose a 'telephone revolution.' What do you say?"
