It contains the passage: 'If you meet someone by chance, even though you wish you hadn't, you should acknowledge them. Even if there is nothing to smile about, smile.'** We may dislike some of the people we encounter, but the Daishonin instructs us to use our wisdom, urging us to be open and accepting and to greet them with a smile."
