the inexhaustible life force
of Buddhahood from within us.

"In his personal copy of the Daishonin's writings, Mr. Makiguchi underlined the following passage from the Lotus Sutra: 'If one of these good men or good women in the time after I have passed into extinction is able to secretly expand the Lotus Sutra to one person..., then you should know that he or she is the envoy of the Thus Come One.… The Thus Come One Will cover them with his robe' [LSOC 10, 200–204] (WND–2, 925).
"When we share the Mystic Law with even one person, we are the 'envoys of the Buddha,' he says, individuals tasked with the important mission of carrying out the Buddha's compassionate work."
