Hello there! The latest update on whether "To My Friends/Words of the Week" is that the place in the Seikyo Newspaper where this is normally posted just says "there is no post today." This could mean that they are thinking of possibly continuing TMF based on past guidances from Ikeda Sensei although nothing is clear at this moment. We'll let you know ASAP! But today in place of TMF we'll carry, a mentioned yesterday, the second of the three poems Sensei wrote to commemorate Nov. 18th, Soka Gakkai Founding Day before he passed away.

"Nichiren Daishonin says that just as the great ocean contains all the numerous rivers that flow into it, the Mystic Law encompasses all beings of the Ten Worlds and their environments (see WND-1, 143). Therefore, when we chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, our lives—like the great ocean—can encompass all humanity and our entire planet.
