-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Everyone is seeking the teachings of true Buddhism.
The Daishonin encourages us,
"Teach others to the best of your ability, even if it is
only a single sentence or phrase."*
By mustering up our courage,
let's advance with an unconquerable spirit!

*"Exert yourself in the two ways of practice and study. Without practice and study, there can be no Buddhism. You must not only persevere yourself; you must also teach others. Both practice and study arise from faith. Teach others to the best of your ability, even if it is only a single sentence or phrase."
- "The True Aspect of All Phenomena", WND-I, page 386

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"Suffer what there is to suffer, enjoy what there is to enjoy. Regard both suffering and joy as facts of life, and continue chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, no matter what happens ."

(Happiness in This World - The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, Vol.1, page 681)

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Only in carrying on the Daishonin's altruistic struggle to propagate the Mystic Law can we find the path to our individual human revolution and the path to fundamentally transforming a society that is filled with evil and suffering. It is also here that we find the path to changing the karma of humankind, by enabling people everywhere to break through the fundamental darkness inherent in life and realise a world where all--both self and other--can lead happy lives together."
SGI Newsletter No. 8088, LEARNING FROM THE WRITINGS OF NICHIREN DAISHONIN: THE TEACHINGS FOR VICTORY, [19] "The Selection of the Time"--Part 4 [of 4] (WND-1, 578-85), Creating a Great Current of Worldwide Kosen-rufu towards an Age of the People, from the August 2010 issue of the Daibyakurenge, translated October 6th, 2010.
