Of course, it's important for participants to do their best to attend and not be late to meetings. Participating with an earnest seeking spirit towards Buddhism is an expression of faith, and carrying out that struggle is a form of Buddhist practice. At the same time, those who organise the meetings mustn't take for granted the fact that members make the effort to attend. The organisers should begin by warmly praising and acknowledging the members' sincere faith. They also have a responsibility and duty to make sure that all those who attend feel inspired, revitalised, and glad that they came.
