-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Youth is a time of struggles against various different worries and problems.
To the extent we experience and overcome hardships and challenges
can we understand the pains and concerns of others.
Each one of us is an important capable individual
carrying out a very unique and important role in life.
With the spirit to never-give-in and to always keep trying,
let's continue to advance!

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"Now, no matter what, strive in faith and be known as a votary of the Lotus Sutra, and remain my disciple for the rest of your life."

(The True Aspect of All Phenomena - The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, Vol. 1, page 385)

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"In order to establish a secure future for the Soka Gakkai, we need a constant stream of successors fledging and taking flight into the skies as youthful leaders.

"Women's division leaders, for example, should listen to younger women who speak to them about the problems they're having with their families, children and so forth, and try to help them out. The younger women will be able to demonstrate their full potential when they are confident that they can overcome such problems.

"It's especially important to teach new members the basics of this faith and practice, such as sharing this Buddhism with others and studying the Buddhist teachings. When they've acquired these basics, they can grow into capable individuals.

"The only way to foster people is to dedicate ourselves fully to them with complete sincerity. And there is no more fulfilling life than one spent fostering others."
