"Noble individuals in every region who have made the happiness of their communities their personal responsibility are striving with sincerity and patient dedication to visit and encourage their fellow members. Their steadfast prayers and persevering efforts are rallying one precious Bodhisattva of the Earth after another. Sometimes, there may be members who do not respond right away to their sincere encouragement. But in continuing to visit and encourage others, they are certain to gain boundless 'visible reward for unseen virtue' (cf. WND-1, 940). Every day, I place my palms together in deep respect and gratitude for their tireless, admirable efforts to protect their local citadels of capable individuals and make them flourish.

"When the sun rises, the darkness is dispelled. The lives of the Bodhisattvas of the Earth are like the sun. The emergence of a single new Bodhisattva of the Earth can brighten and revitalise their local area. That is the key to spreading the light of expansion."
