-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Let's all, together,
praise and support,
to the fullest,
the precious challenging spirit
of our young people!
Our sincere support,
based on earnest daimoku
for the growth of
our kosen-rufu successors,
is for sure the power,
the driving force
to unfolding the future!

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Firmly committed to moving forwards, we have nothing to fear.

"I am reminded of a soliloquy of Faust, the protagonist of the drama of the same name by the German writer Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (1749-1832):

"'I now feel brave enough to venture forth
and bear earth's torments and its joys,
to grapple with the hurricane
and not to quail although the creaking ship break up.'*

"Faust's words express the spirit to boldly take on life's turbulent challenges. Isn't this the same spirit that has pulsed in the Soka Gakka since its earliest days?"
