-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Those who continually make an effort to talk with
others are the people who open up new paths.
Let's try to go and see our friends, today, too,
and courageously discuss our thoughts on justice and truth.

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"My wish is that all my disciples make a great vow."

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"The most trying times represent the most wonderful opportunities for
challenging ourselves in our Buddhist practice and deepening our faith. All
of our arduous efforts at that time will turn into incalculable benefit.
Quite simply, 'a hundred years of practice in the Land of Perfect Bliss'
means Buddhist practice in a comfortable environment free of hardships. Such
circumstances would make it difficult for us to accomplish our human
revolution. And without polishing and forging our lives, the goal of
attaining the Buddha way would remain out of reach even if we practised for
a hundred years."

OF NICHIREN DAISHONIN, [13] "On Repaying Debts of Gratitude." Kosen-rufu: A
Great River Enriching Humanity Eternally--Our Victory as Disciples Is the
Greatest Way to Repay Our Debt of Gratitude to Our Mentor, from the October
2008 issue of the Daibyakurenge, translated Dec. 4th, 2008
