-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Helping someone to grow and develop
means that we need to go and meet and talk with them.
It requires us to challenge and take action side by side with them.
It's about how we ourselves challenge our own situations

-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Helping someone to grow and develop
means that we need to go and meet and talk with them.
It requires us to challenge and take action side by side with them.
It's about how we ourselves challenge our own situations
(and show them how it's done.)
Let's become "leaders" who can give hope and encouragement to others!

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"In the eighth volume of The Annotations on 'Great Concentration and
Insight' it says, 'The stronger one's faith, the greater the
protection of the gods.' This means that the protection of the gods
depends on the strength of one's faith. The Lotus Sutra is a fine
sword, but its might depends on the one who wields it. "
(General Stone Tiger - The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, Vol.1, page
953)

—— DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"The sixth condition for happiness is tolerance. Those who are tolerant
and broad-minded make people feel comfortable and at ease. Narrow and
intolerant people who berate others for the slightest thing or who make
a great commotion each time some problem arises just exhaust and
intimidate everyone. Leaders, in particular, must absolutely not
intimidate or exhaust others. They must be tolerant and have a warm
approachability that makes people feel relaxed and comfortable. Not only
are those who possess a heart as wide as the ocean happy themselves, but
all those around them are happy, too.
"…The Daishonin writes, "Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is the greatest of all
joys" (OTT, 212). I hope all of you will savor the truth of these words
deep in your lives and show vibrant actual proof of that joy."

Guidance, The Wisdom for Creating Happiness and Peace , from
the April 2014 issue of the Daibyakurenge, translation released 25th
