-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Great developments are achieved
by us first of all,
challenging ourselves.
To all of my dear friends,
the key players in the development of the future,
don't be afraid to make mistakes or of encountering failure.
Put your dreams into action without hesitation! Go for it!

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"It is rare to be born a human being. The number of those endowed with human life is as small as the amount of earth one can place on a fingernail. Life as a human being is hard to sustain—as hard as it is for the dew to remain on the grass. But it is better to live a single day with honour than to live to 120 and die in disgrace."

(The Three Kinds of Treasure - The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, Vol.1, page 851)  Selection Source: "Kyo no Hosshin", Seikyo Shinbun, May 25th, 2014

—— DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ——
"My mentor, second Soka Gakkai president Josei Toda, always warmly encouraged sincere members who were struggling with difficulties, telling them: 'You have definitely been born into this world with a mission to fulfil.' He would also say: 'You were born here as Bodhisattvas of the Earth based on your own wish and vow to realise kosen-rufu. If you can squarely accept that, you will be able to realise boundless good fortune and benefit.'"
