-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Whether it's reporting or seeking out advice,
let's be absolutely clear about the details
that we share with each other.
When our hearts and minds are in sync with each other
we can access an abundance of collective wisdom!
When this happens, the pace of our advancement
is sure to double in momentum!

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"Although I and my disciples may encounter various difficulties,
if we do not harbour doubts in our hearts, we will as a matter
of course attain Buddhahood."
(The Opening of the Eyes, The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin,
Vol. I, page 283) Selection source: "Kyo no Hosshin",
Seikyo Shimbun, July 2nd, 2014

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Having dedicated yourselves to carrying out kosen-rufu in
the evil age of the Latter Day of the Law, hardships and
adversity are only to be expected.
"Nichiren Daishonin writes: 'As mountains pile upon mountains
and waves follow waves, so do persecutions add to
persecutions and criticisms augment criticisms' (WND-1, 241).
Just as the path of kosen-rufu is marked by continuous trials
and hardships, so the same could be said of our lives. But in
struggling amid these circumstances and emerging victorious,
we demonstrate the truth of the principles that 'earthly desires
lead to enlightenment' and 'the sufferings of birth and death
lead to nirvana,' and show the correctness of the Daishonin's
teachings.
"People's lives are filled with ups and downs. The company
you work for may go bankrupt, you may fall ill, or you may
lose a dear family member. But even if you undergo such
difficulties and are defeated by your situation at work or in
society, as long as your faith is not destroyed, you can
always rise up again and win in the end. Faith in the
Mystic Law is the driving force for victory in life.
The important thing, then, is that you become a person
who can endure."
