-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Nichiren Daishonin assures us: "What sickness can therefore be an obstacle?"*
The Mystic Law is the excellent medicine** of life.
So let's chant daimoku like the roar of a lion,
and determine to destroy the devil of sickness in our lives!
* Gosho: (Reply to Kyō'ō - WND pg. 412) "Nam-myoho-renge-kyo is like the roar of a lion. What sickness can therefore be an obstacle?" ** Gosho: Ongi kuden - Gosho Zenshu, page 720, The Record of the Orally Transmitted Teachings, page 41, "There can be no question that through this act the truly excellent medicine of the Wonderful Law is being applied in order to cure the grave illness of darkness that afflicts all living beings."

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"It is said that, if a teacher has a good disciple, both will gain the fruit of Buddhahood, but if a teacher fosters a bad disciple, both will fall into hell."

—— DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT —— "The power of one's state of life is indeed wondrous. The power of one's inner determination is limitless. In identical situations or circumstances, people can achieve completely different results and lead completely different lives depending upon their life state and their determination.
"Those who have a strong resolve to promote our movement for kosen-rufu will see clear blue skies of good fortune appearing rapidly in their lives, stretching ever further and further, as if the wind were sweeping away every dark cloud."
