-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Every time when we hold a meeting,
let's make sure to be as considerate as possible
by being careful not to park our cars or bicycles in an irresponsible way
or thoughtlessly talking in a loud voice outside, etc..
Always remembering to express our sincere appreciation
to those members who are so kind to offer their homes for our meetings,
let's carefully protect our 'treasure castles' of the community!

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"The deeper the roots, the more luxuriant the branches. The farther the source, the longer the stream."
(The Farther the Source, the Longer the Stream -The Writings of Nichiren Daishonin, Volume I, page 940) Selection source: Soka Gakkai President Harada's encouragement, Seikyo Shimbun, October 18th, 2014

—— DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ——
"My mentor, second Soka Gakkai president Josei Toda, also warmly encouraged women: 'Life doesn't always go smoothly. But everything has meaning. The greater the hardships, the greater the benefits. Firmly uphold the Mystic Law and strive your hardest, daring obstacles to stand in your way! Faith is the power to transform yourself and everything in your life.'

"There is no more wonderful stage on which to create noble, hope-filled stories that will move and inspire countless people."

SGI Newsletter No. 9107, The Inspiring Stories Created by SGI Women, from the November 2014 issue of the Daibyakurenge, translation released 17th Oct., 2014
