"Let's always show utmost courtesy and consideration when holding meetings at members' homes or private facilities.
"Whenever he attended a discussion meeting, founding Soka Gakkai president Tsunesaburo Makiguchi warmly thanked the family who had opened their home for the meeting. My wife Kaneko's family in Ota Ward was one such family, and the memories of Mr. Makiguchi that she etched in her heart as a child have served as a source of lifelong inspiration for her."
