-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Let's take every possible precaution to prevent catching a
cold or getting the flu.
Let's make sure to wash our hands very well
and gargle as often as we can.
It is vital that we maintain a good daily rhythm
and that we use our wisdom and creativity to avoid
constantly going around feeling tired.
Let's advance everyday and win each day!
