"I call on all our male leaders to always be considerate and respectful of women.

"When you meet, take the initiative to politely greet them and express your appreciation for their daily efforts.

"And at meetings and planning activities, try to end things as early as possible, so that everyone, especially the women, can get home before it's too late at night. Men also need to be understanding when women can't make it to a meeting due to various family circumstances.

"After a meeting of men and women division members, the men should volunteer to do the cleanup, so the women can get home earlier. Can I get your agreement on that?"
