"'When praised highly by others, one feels that there is no hardship one cannot bear. Such is the courage that springs from words of praise.'

"We can impart courage and strength to others through words of encouragement. Everyone is heartened by praise. It makes them feel happy, brighter and more positive.
"All people inherently possess a life force equal to that of the Buddha—a lifeforce as vast as the universe itself. Nichiren Buddhism enables us to tap that life force to the fullest.
"Let's spiritedly forge ahead, commending and applauding one another's efforts. And let's especially offer warm words of encouragement to our youth and future division members, and create a new Soka citadel of capable people. Together, let's open the way to a hope-filled future."
