"In the midst of life-threatening persecutions while in exile on Sado Island, the Daishonin declared boldly: 'I will be the pillar of Japan. I will be the eyes of Japan. I will be the great ship of Japan. This is my vow, and I will never forsake it!' (WND-1, 280–81). Engraving the spirit of this invincible declaration deep in our hearts, let's continue to strengthen and solidify the foundations of the SGI.
"Negligence is our greatest foe. Let's do everything with care, focus, and thoroughness, and win in all our endeavours!"
