-- TO MY FRIENDS --
Let's take all the necessary precautions
to protect ourselves agaist the scorching summer heat!
Let's exercise extreme caution against getting heat stroke.
This means not overlooking all the little things
such as regularly consuming plenty of fluids
and monitoring the room temperature wisely.
Nothing is more important
than taking good care of our health such as now.

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"We wish to create a society where those who have experienced the greatest suffering can come to shine with the greatest happiness. That is the heart of our struggle.
"Mr. Toda said: 'The Daishonin's Buddhism aims, above all, to help the suffering and unfortunate. It's a teaching that enables people facing adversity to become happy. When those who are suffering overcome their situations, they can demonstrate incredible strength and potential. They can become true allies to others who are suffering.'
"By sharing the humanistic philosophy of Nichiren Buddhism, let's teach as many people as possible the unsurpassed way to happiness and lasting peace."
