--- DAILY GOSHO ---

to understand the time."

—— DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Those who never forget their mission are strong. We must never retreat in life or give in to despair. Each day is a challenge; each year, a decisive struggle. Victory lies in remaining undefeated to the very end.
"I recall studying the following passage from Nichiren Daishonin's writing 'On Practicing the Buddha's Teachings' with Mr. Toda: 'No matter how many terrible enemies you may encounter, banish all fears and never think of backsliding' (WND-1, 395). Having this determination is an essential requirement of genuine leaders in the realm of faith.
"My mentor's stern admonition still resounds in my heart: 'Even should you face persecution by the authorities, never abandon your faith, never be intimidated!'
"As long as you have breath in your body, continue to chant daimoku throughout all, and keep moving forwards.
"Let's lead victorious lives by always taking care of our health and striving with optimism and courage!"
