"Nichiren Daishonin writes: 'If the minds of living beings are impure, their land is also impure, but if their minds are pure, so is their land. There are not two lands, pure or impure in themselves. The difference lies solely in the good or evil of our minds' (WND-1, 4). The faith of those who gather and protect the Law in a particular place is what determines whether that place is pure or defiled.
"As such, the place where the members of Soka, who are dedicated to fulfilling their mission as Bodhisattvas of the Earth, assemble to renew their vow for kosen-rufu is the supreme pure land of Eagle Peak."
