--- TO MY FRIENDS ---
Let's be careful not to catch a cold.
Let's take every possible measure to prevent it
by washing our hands well and gargling often,
and keeping warm enough when it cools down

--- TO MY FRIENDS ---
Let's be careful not to catch a cold.
Let's take every possible measure to prevent it
by washing our hands well and gargling often,
and keeping warm enough when it cools down
in the morning and evening.

let's take good care of our health

--- DAILY GOSHO ---
"At first only Nichiren chanted Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, but then two, three, and a hundred followed, chanting and teaching others. Propagation will unfold this way in the future as well."

---- DAILY ENCOURAGEMENT ----
"Johann Peter Eckermann (1792–1854), a young German writer whom Goethe took under his wing in his later years, wrote of his elderly mentor: 'In none of his tendencies has he come to a standstill; he is still learning and learning—a man endowed with perpetual, imperishable youth.'[1] In the young man's eyes, Goethe was forever youthful.

"We of the SGI live out our lives in rhythm with the Mystic Law, the source of perpetual youth and eternally vibrant life force. As such, we advance with an ever-youthful spirit. And the engine powering that youthfulness is our practice of gongyo and chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo. Through such efforts morning and evening to bring forth the sun of time without beginning—the brilliance of our inherent Buddhahood—we can win in our lives day after day.
"As Goethe profoundly observed: "A prayer replenishes the hopes of the heart."[2]
