"Nichiren Daishonin writes: 'Teaching another something is the same as oiling the wheels of a cart so that they turn even though it is heavy, or as floating a boat on water so that it moves ahead easily' (WND-1, 1086).

"As leaders, let's be prepared to promptly do whatever is needed so that everyone is energised, cheered, and uplifted. That is the key. It is crucial that we continue moving forward victoriously, like the flow of a mighty river, while always treasuring the members and fostering the youth."
