"When making decisions, you should ask your seniors for their opinions beforehand. If they feel they are no longer needed or they are being ignored, it will harm unity. When you consult with them, do so in a respectful manner. For example, you could express your ideas and then ask them for their opinion and perspective.

"It's also important to have the humility to seek guidance from your seniors on how you are doing as a leader. And, when a victory is achieved in the organisation, acknowledge your seniors for their role and let them know it was because of their support. Of course, your words should be heartfelt and sincere."
