"Let us make even greater efforts to encourage the wondrous young Bodhisattvas of the Earth who are emerging at this time, and together spiritedly perform a joyous and brilliant song of spring!
"Let's unstintingly use our voices
as experts in the art of encouragement,
imparting boundless inspiration
and strength to others
again today."
